Rutkowski & Co Holdings Ltd is a private limited company registered in Northern Ireland.
How we allocate capital
Profits from our businesses get reinvested. Sometimes back into that business, sometimes into something new. We don't borrow to fund acquisitions.

The businesses, positions and assets the group builds and holds. Each is acquired to be kept and reinvested into, not traded.

Breakout Engine is a market-analysis platform for retail traders. It ingests live market data and distils it into clear, readable signals, so that individual investors can act on the same patterns that professional desks watch for.
It is the group's first operational technology business, built in-house, run lean, and reinvested into rather than sold. Development is ongoing, with the roadmap focused on breadth of coverage and the clarity of the signals themselves.

The stock portfolio is a held position in public equities, long-horizon exposure to quality listed businesses with durable competitive advantages.
Positions are taken to be held, not traded. We do not borrow to invest, and we size holdings so that time, rather than leverage, does the compounding.
Digital Assets
Domains
Held
A portfolio of premium domain names, held for their long-term strategic and resale value. Some anchor group projects; others are held purely as appreciating digital assets.
Like the rest of the portfolio, these are acquired to be kept. A strong name is scarce, and scarcity holds its value.
