Rutkowski & Co. Holdings Ltd is a private holding company that owns and invests in technology businesses and public equities.
The company builds and acquires businesses with the intention of holding them over the long term. Capital is allocated from retained earnings, and the company does not use debt to fund acquisitions.
Rutkowski & Co. is structured as a permanent owner rather than a fund. There is no fixed investment period, no outside capital to return, and no intention to sell.
Businesses in the group operate with a high degree of independence. Where a capable founder or management team is in place, the company’s role is to provide capital and stability, not to direct day-to-day operations.
We aim to deal fairly with customers, employees and partners, and to build businesses that are worth owning for their own sake, not only for the returns they produce.
